Concierge Assistant (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Khasab. As a concierge assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for guests

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a strict requirement for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Own visa is preferred
