Barista - Coffee Specialist



We are a thriving coffee shop located in Lusail and we are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to our menu and customers' preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks served
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso machine operations
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must have good time-management skills and be able to multi-task
- Must hold a valid visa for employment in Qatar
