Carpenter for Residential Construction in Bayan

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Bayan. As a Carpenter for residential construction, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials required
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, trim, etc.
- Inspect surfaces for flaws or defects to ensure a smooth finish
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects and contractors to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and take accurate measurements
- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with hand/power tools and woodworking machinery
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English or Urdu preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month without accommodation. Biometric passport is required.
