Carpenter Supervisor (Indian) - Bayan, Kuwait



As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of carpenters to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Your role will require strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. This is a full-time position based in Bayan, Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on job sites
- Evaluate project plans and blueprints to determine materials needed and estimate project timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Train new carpenters on techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Strong understanding of different types of wood, tools, and equipment used in carpentry work
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Prior experience working in Kuwait is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
