Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and calculations to determine property boundaries and locations for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and precise land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws related to land surveying
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate project planning and design
- Conduct research and gather necessary data from various sources including maps, deeds, and legal documents
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Good communication skills
