Part-Time Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Manama on a part-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries, topography, and other important features for various construction and development projects. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Identify property boundaries, easements, rights of way, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and design
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a land surveyor is not required but will be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours on an urgent basis
