We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy dining establishment in Eldoret. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met at all times
- Train and manage staff to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- English language proficiency required; Indian nationality preferred
