A reputable property management company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, making it suitable for individuals looking for additional income or those with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Repair and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Install fixtures, equipment, and appliances as needed.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to company standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to handle power tools and other equipment safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have own visa/work permit if not a Kenyan citizen.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
The job will be based in Eldoret but may require travel to different properties within the city.
