We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. A competitive salary of 1600$ will be offered for this full-time position without accommodation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Oversee all food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary arts and techniques
- Ability to create unique and appealing menus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)

Education:
A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required.
