Database Administrator - Mauren, Nepal

As a Database Administrator for our fast-growing company in Mauren, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our databases to ensure their performance, security, and availability. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing database policies, procedures, and standards, as well as monitoring database activity and resolving any issues that arise. You will also collaborate with other IT teams to optimize database systems and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in database administration, preferably with knowledge of SQL and other database management systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1400 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of SQL and other database management systems
- Familiarity with data backup/recovery processes
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
