We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Contract Concierge to join our team in Porto. As a Contract Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, perfect for students or those without previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Monitor guest requests through the hotel's computer system
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
