Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$, with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules and appointments
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Maintain office records and files
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Support other staff members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
