Executive Chef - St-Petersburg, Russia
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor budget and control expenses to maximize profitability
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and specials
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in menu planning, recipe creation, and cost control methods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.
