Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Ashdod, Israel

We are hiring a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes to move materials and perform tasks on construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little or no experience in the field to gain valuable skills and experience while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Transport materials using heavy equipment as required
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Preferred:
- Experience operating heavy equipment or working on construction sites is a plus
- Knowledge of basic mechanics for troubleshooting minor issues with equipment

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod, Israel (accommodation provided if needed)
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary
