We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Akron, Ohio. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to our clients' specifications. Your goal will be to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web programming languages
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing website layouts
- Perform regular maintenance of existing sites
- Conduct rigorous testing of website performance across multiple browsers and devices
- Optimize website loading speed and functionality
- Keep up-to-date with emerging web trends and technologies
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with back-end development (PHP or Node.js) is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport for international travel preferred

Salary: $1500 per month
