We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Braga, Portugal. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork and molds to hold concrete in place for various structures such as walls, beams, and columns. Your duties will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork according to blueprints, and pouring concrete into the forms.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry. You must also possess strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations. A high level of physical fitness is required as this job involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal or plastic for formwork
- Assemble formwork on site according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms using proper techniques
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Formworker in construction projects
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Physical strength and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
