A reputable construction company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to surfaces and structures, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and repairing imperfections
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, or sealant using various techniques
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and sponges to achieve desired finishes
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate results
- Inspect finished surfaces for any defects or inconsistencies
- Clean and maintain equipment after use
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
