As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on completed products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Key responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Sand, polish, and buff surfaces to achieve desired finish
- Apply coatings or finishes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in finishing or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
