Fitter Technician


Our growing company is seeking a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repair work. They must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and have knowledge of various hand and power tools. The Fitter Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment on-site. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation. We welcome applicants from African countries who are fluent in English and have the necessary work permit for Lithuania.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and use hand/power tools
- Experience with machinery installation, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Work permit for Lithuania (if not from the EU)

Responsibilities:
- Install new machinery according to technical drawings
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times
