IT Manager - Las Vegas, USA



We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, USA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of the company and ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Identify areas for improvement in technology infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Oversee the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company is using the most current technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols and systems administration
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments within the company

Salary: $1300 per month with accommodation provided.
