Shaper - Mold Maker

We are seeking a skilled Shaper or Mold Maker to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping molds used in the manufacturing of various products. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic.

Responsibilities:
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to create molds
- Operate shaping machinery such as lathes and milling machines
- Use hand tools to shape and smooth surfaces of molds
- Verify dimensions and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate mold production
- Work with different materials to create custom molds based on product specifications
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shaping process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or Mold Maker
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different shaping techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to operate shaping machinery effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit for manual labor tasks
