We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Khanpur. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and local area.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, shows, and other attractions.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation to provide accurate information to guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as housekeeping or maintenance services.
- Keep the front desk area clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a concierge in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Khanpur. Candidates must have their own visa.
