Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line in Doha, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their journey. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Your main priority will be ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience on board.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon embarkation and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about onboard activities, dining options, and shore excursions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the voyage
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sailing for guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Canadian nationality preferred (other nationalities welcome to apply)
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Knowledge of cruise line operations is an asset
