Salary: 1700$

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate terms of sale, prices, discounts, and delivery dates
- Prepare quotes and proposals for clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep track of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers from different backgrounds
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
