Job Title: Plasterer



We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other structures. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint, filling cracks and holes, and cleaning the area
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- Apply coats of plaster onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Smooth out rough spots and create decorative textures
- Finish surfaces by sanding, polishing or applying sealants
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work by continuously inspecting and adjusting as needed
- Follow safety regulations at all times
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine measurements and angles
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measuring materials correctly
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
