We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Porto. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and structures to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, as well as a free visa and ticket for those who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be plastered
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster onto surfaces using hand tools or specialized equipment
- Smooth and level plaster using trowels, straightedges, or floats
- Create decorative textures in plaster finishes
- Clean and maintain tools after use
- Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and specialized equipment
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
