Dietitian Assistant

We are in need of a motivated and dedicated Dietitian Assistant to join our team in Porto. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work alongside a registered dietitian to provide support and assistance in creating personalized nutrition plans for clients. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the registered dietitian in conducting initial assessments and creating personalized nutrition plans for clients
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide them with resources to make informed food choices
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Collaborate with the registered dietitian to develop educational materials and presentations for workshops and seminars
- Maintain accurate records of client information, progress, and billing
- Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of nutrition software programs is preferred but not required

This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience, as training will be provided. However, previous experience working in a clinical or community setting is a plus.

As this is a full-time position, candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must already be living in or willing to relocate to Porto.
