Sales Manager (Porto, Portugal)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with clients to maintain and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
