We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Turner to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Senior Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of turning machines to produce high-quality precision components. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or parts
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Experience with various turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and mills
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience working with CNC machines is preferred
