Part-Time Facade Specialist

We are in need of a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. As a Facade Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to evaluate their needs and implement the necessary solutions. This is an urgent position, so we are seeking candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of building facades to identify any damage or potential issues
- Create detailed reports on the condition of facades and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance
- Install, repair, or replace facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Seal joints and seams to prevent water infiltration
- Coordinate with other construction professionals such as architects and engineers to plan facade renovations or additions
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Facade Specialist or in a similar role
- Skilled in working with various facade materials and tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques and principles
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights

Salary: $1400 per month for part-time hours (20 hours per week)
