As a Barber at our busy salon in Bergen, Norway, you will provide top-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles
- Maintain a clean work environment and sterilize tools after each use
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Promote salon products and services to enhance the client's experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber in a busy salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent knowledge of men's haircuts, styling techniques, and beard grooming
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver precise cuts according to client preferences
- Good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for employment in Norway
