Indian Chef - English Speaking (Bayan, Kuwait)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes while also being able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes based on seasonal and local ingredients
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori specialties, and vegetarian options
- Ensure food is presented and served in an attractive manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions or special menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef with knowledge of different regional cuisines from India
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of creativity with the ability to develop new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
