Indian Chef in Hawalli



We are a well-established restaurant in Hawalli and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our customers. Your main goal will be to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience by preparing high-quality meals that showcase the rich flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and more
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet our high standards of quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients used in Indian cuisine
- Ability to create traditional as well as modern interpretations of Indian dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Hawalli

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
