IT Support Specialist
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing any issues with their computer systems, hardware, or software. You will respond to inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and provide resolutions in a timely manner. This role will be based in Los Angeles and does not require accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally
- Diagnose technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software as needed
- Provide technical support for network connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting is preferred
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical customers
- Biometric passport is required for this position
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Los Angeles. While we prefer candidates who are already living in Los Angeles or the surrounding area, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
