Job Title: Typesetter

We are in need of a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Khanpur. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and graphics to create high-quality printed materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers.

Key responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to format and arrange text and images according to design specifications
- Proofread text for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and production staff to ensure accuracy and consistency in layout
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper pagination, line breaks, and spacing
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new software developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of typesetting principles, typography, and layout design
- Proficient in using desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Familiarity with image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time-management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
