Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients
- Analyze data and create reports to track sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure cohesive strategies across the company

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and business development strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with bonuses based on performance.
