Job Title: Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


Our rapidly growing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1000$ per month, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry in Al Ahmadi
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred
