Sales Manager (English Speaking)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and achieving sales targets in the Al Ahmadi region. This is a full-time position suitable for English-speaking individuals, including foreigners and students with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts
- Train new sales representatives on products, services, and sales techniques
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and present to senior management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in a sales or leadership role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
