Indian Collector

As an Indian Collector in Malindi, your primary responsibility will be to collect outstanding payment from clients in a timely and efficient manner. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport and is open to both experienced and inexperienced individuals. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, or in person to remind them of their outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment activities
- Handle any client inquiries or disputes regarding payments
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective collection strategies

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, working hours can be flexible based on your availability. You will be expected to work remotely or visit clients' locations as needed. This position does not require English proficiency.
