Mason Supervisor

Our construction company in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring the timely completion of all masonry projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on various construction projects
- Read blueprints and plans to determine project requirements and specifications
- Ensure that all masonry work is carried out according to safety standards and building codes
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Order materials and supplies needed for each project
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to coordinate project details

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship as a mason preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes related to masonry work
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Good communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and other team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
