We are a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria, and we are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team. As an Egyptian chef with strong English speaking skills, you will bring your unique culinary background and expertise to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create new dishes and seasonal menus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent English speaking skills for effective communication with staff and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
