Chef de Cuisine
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our restaurant in Bansko. You will oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, sourcing ingredients, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of culinary experience in a fine dining setting, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Salary: $1300 per month

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles
- Ability to create unique and flavorful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Experience with menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings
