Sales Manager - Eldoret, Kenya
We are currently hiring a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation within the company
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
