Finisher for Woodworking Company in Ufa, Canada



Our woodworking company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes and stains to wood products according to specifications and quality standards. This is a full-time position suitable for men with no experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing any imperfections
- Apply stains, paints, varnishes or other finishes using hand or spray techniques
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure the correct finish is applied
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient production process

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Canadian citizenship or valid work permit
