Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. They will work closely with the development team to identify and fix any defects, as well as develop and execute test plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, as well as knowledge of various testing methods and tools. Strong communication skills are required to report bugs and provide feedback to developers. This role may also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets customer requirements. This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel and offers a salary of $1100 per month.

The successful candidate for this position should have prior experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in the software industry. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills to properly identify issues and troubleshoot them effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies would be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Conduct manual testing as needed
- Design automated tests where possible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets customer requirements
- Provide feedback to developers on software usability and functionality
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues reported by customers or found during testing
- Report any bugs or issues in a clear manner
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Knowledge of various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in the software industry is preferred
