Office Manager

We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all office administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Oversee office budget and handle financial transactions such as invoicing and expense reports.
- Supervise office staff and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company.
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise in the office.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company executives.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience managing budgets is a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Akron.

Preference:
This job opportunity is open to Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. Previous experience is not required but preferred. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
