Barista

We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular café in El-Ain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment
- Educate customers about our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure all food and drink items are prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and new products on the market
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso machine operation is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1200 per month

Work Location: El-Ain, Egypt (preferred Indian nationality)
