Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders, to load materials onto trucks or other conveyors. You will play a crucial role in the construction and material handling process by ensuring that materials are moved efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to load materials onto trucks or conveyors
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading process
- Ensure accurate loading of materials according to specifications and weight limits
- Monitor material levels and refill as needed
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, preferred but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them strictly
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for calculating weights and measurements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1600/month with accommodation provided.

City: Muharraq, Bahrain.
