Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lom. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties such as homes, offices, and commercial buildings
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handyman skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (preferably)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Lom (Indian nationals preferred)
