Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to determine feasibility of designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Make necessary changes to designs based on client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail
- Project management experience is a plus

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Siauliai.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates.
